After 10 years of gaining work experience by working at one of the Europe’s largest sport apparel manufacturing company in Italy, which uses the state of art technology to create a premier apparel, we thought of delivering the same level of quality and comfort to India.
Thus, Heini Sports was started in 2009 with the motto “Your Design, Delivered”. And has quickly earned the reputation as a company offering the finest quality customized garments for a wide range of sports and activities. We are one of the biggest private label clothing manufacturers and our aim is to satisfy all customer requests by creating 100% custom designs and by offering excellent and outstanding customer service.
Our goal is to allow the customer to be in their own brand and we are known far and wide for our solid commitment to pioneering innovative, race-proven garments that can be customized wvirtually any design. Heini Sport dye-sublimation process is the most environmentally friendly, sustainable process possible in garment printing and production and produces zero waste.
● It is completely waterless creating zero water waste. (Compared to screen printing which often results in polluted water waste and ground contamination)
● We use 100% lead free soy based inks
● Farm grown trees supply the paper used during the sublimation printing process
● The paper is even recycled after use, and all proceeds are donated to City of Hope Cancer Centers
WHY SUBLIMATION
● Sublimation is one of the very few methods you can print full colored images onto hard surfaces.
● It has a relatively low learning curve compared with screen printing.
● Almost unlimited colors to choose from. Thousands of colors can be produced with sublimation (even if you choose a 4 color printer). And it doesn’t cost extra to add additional colors to your design.
● Same cost to print one item or 1000 items. So no need for minimum orders, and perfect for 1-up items and promotional items for small businesses, schools, charities, sports teams, parties, reunions, and many more!
● Complete customization! The advantage of digital sublimation printing is that no plates are required, so it is ideal for customizing designs with changing elements such as names, numbers, etc.
● Sublimation is quick and easy to produce, allowing for same day or same hour printing, as well as on demand printing that reduces risk and wastage.
