Return Policy

  • You may return products purchased from, without any penalty within (15) working days from receiving the products purchased. You may exchange the purchased product with a different one or with a different size.
  • Log into your account or mail us the details @ . If you purchased with a reseller you will need to go the place of purchase for the return or exchange
  • You will shortly receive an email confirming your return/refund request. The email will indicate a return number that must be attached to the goods you return, and the bluedart shipping has to be used to return the goods. If you decide to return products using a different shipping company other than blue dart, Heini will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the products.
  • Due to the deep discounts items purchased from the factory outlet section/discount purchases on the site cannot be returned.
  • The products must be return, complete and unused, in their original packaging.
  • Do not apply to semi-custom or Full custom merchandise due to the specialized nature of the products. We propose that you to try a sample before any custom design orders.
  1. Return of defective Goods

    1. In case of defective goods, the customer is requested to attach to the Return form an image of the production defect and the relevant description, in order to demonstrate the imperfection.
    2. After receipt of the Return form of the defective goods, Heini will inform you if the return has been accepted and if you will receive a new products or will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Your refund will be processed after approval. Once your refund has been approved, your money will be credited back to you on one of these ways:

  • If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid and payment made through wallets, we'll issue the refund through Net Banking(Credited to Bank account), for that you should send bank account details through registered email to
  • When we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, we will send you an e-mail to registered email asking you to resend the bank account details.
